What is normal anyway? This week we talk about resisting the urge to let this Social Distancing be the new normal, while still enjoying the feeling of "Feeling Almost normal" ... Plus, Ellie and Amelia raised like $1500 for their local Ithaca shops, (Finger Lakes Running and Triathlon Company, Finger Lakes Fitness and College Town Bagels) and Chris participated in the #RocOurShops virtual race to benefit Rochester Running stores, (Medved, Rochester Running Company and Fleet Feet Sports. )
